1. We will accept returned items based on the following rules:

                        A. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of invoice.

                        B. Once 15 days lapse, we will no longer accept the return or replacement.

                        C. Returns must be presented with:

                                1. ORIGINAL INVOICE /RECEIPT
                                2. IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
                                3. IN GOOD CONDITION.

                        D. Items bought as a package must be returned as a package.

                        E. All items for returned will be subject for inspection.

              2. We will not accept any returns in LIGHTS and other DIY items that have been tested before                                        releasing to customer.

              3. Tiles will be subject to inspection and investigation first before accepting for return.

              4. Any purchases that have BATCHES or EXPIRATION cannot be accepted as return.

                               With this, Reservation Policy is applicable both to CUSTOMERS and CONTRACTORS.

               1. Reservation must conform the following conditions:

                          A. The reservation policy for inter branches for holding of stocks is good for 7 days only.

                          B. In excess of 7 days, storage fee of ₱500.00 per day will be applied.

                          C. All reservations must have a 20% down payment of the total cost.
